Putin’s spy chief warns West of conflict with Russia

Today Vladmir Putin’s spy chief warned the West that there would be disastrous consequences if the US and their allies engage in a military confrontation with Russia. Paired with Putin’s new lowered threshold for nuclear strikes, tension is rising.

Some are concerned that this could be a repeat of what happened during the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis. The head of Russia’s foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Ruskin, said that NATO states that help Ukraine will be punished by Russia.
